Customer service lady there by the name of Ginny is extremely unpleasant, she talks to you like your her biggest enemy and unfortunately for her she got to deal with you, I don’t know if it’s because she hates her job or whatever the case may be I don’t know how she is working that customer service position. Some of the parking agents that are driving around have no mercy all they looking for is to give tickets and make money , they could care less about your situation if you live there or WHATEVER, you will get a ticket. Even when you register you can’t be a peace at your place because they keep driving around if you don’t move your car for only 2 days, you will get a ticket . People can’t have peace not even by staying home . It’s unbelievable and harsh to deal with .

Extremely rude and unprofessional woman on the phone. Fire her immediately. You sit in a an office answering calls how can someone be so miserable over the phone

Got a ticket from officer peo .k Delgado today I simply stated the car in front of me was here longer why don’t they have a ticket claims she beeped the horn to warn me before she gave me ticket but a male town worker outside called her a liar he was outside the whole time I wasn’t in the store for even 1 minute I would have heard a horn and ran outside but no warning at all or anything but let’s the resident of the town that’s been double parked longer them me get away scotch free make it make sense she had very nasty attitude told the bystander to mind his business snd keep it pushing or moving as she said . she is out here trying to make as much money as possibly by giving you a ticket but not to anyone else who is parked illegally I have footage of her only giving me a ticket and not t

The Rahway Parking Authority needs to show more patience and professionalism. Constantly blowing horns and aggressively forcing drivers to move when there is absolutely no available parking is both unreasonable and disruptive. Instead of pressuring drivers in impossible situations, they should focus on providing better guidance and improving parking solutions. This behavior creates unnecessary stress and frustration for the community. A more respectful approach would go a long way in improving public relations. This is a small beautiful town with a lot to offer. However, the parking situation is absolutely horrible. In addition, meters should be extended to 8hrs on the street. Not fair to the people who work on behalf of theses businesses, and have to run out after 4hrs to move your vehicl

Please never park here, they have the worst service in the world, there is a bald white guy, who just started yelling at me because I was trying to park and asked him for directions and he immediately goes: “you have to read the signs, if you don’t know how to read you shouldn’t be driving” and I had to start recording him to make him stop yelling, I never knew why he was so aggressive but he wouldn’t stop yelling. Man I don’t know what happened to the people that used to have good manners and respect for others…
