Had them come out to look at why a sprinkler head was leaking water from the head in the backyard. They came out and swapped the sprinkler head with one that had a stopper in the valve to keep water from continuing to flow due to the slight incline in the backyard. They showed me what they were getting and then worked on swapping it out. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I get a bill stating it was a mower that damaged it. Not once did they state that nor show there was mower damaged to me. Plus, the head is below surface level, how could it have damaged it? Shady company, do not recommend them.

The crew is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Although we had a negative experience with the billing office on warranty questions, the on-location work crew is wonderful.

Carla is just rude. She does not let you finish your sentence and she does not even bother explain properly .. terry is great .. just ask for her if you call this business.
