Service technicians Lin and Bruce were excellent. They explained everything and were very thorough and knowledgeable of their job. I cannot say enough about them. Above and beyond in every aspect.

Rainbow did a great job! Chad communicated with us constantly to let us know the status of repairs and was diligent to do everything correct!

On July 28 2024 I got water damage to my floors.My insurance company sent Rainbow Restoration to my home to access the damage .From day 1 this company was great.i was out of town when all this happened and they took care of everthing and made me feel at ease. Everyone I talked to about my many questions were very understanding and caring. I feel like Chad and Judy are my best friends , they were very understanding and caring and assured me everthing was going to be ok. On Oct 1 my furniture was delivered today I was out of town but the two guys that brought everything back were very professional and put everything where it belonged. My furniture was well taken of wrapped and packed to perfection. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed their services❤️

Do not use this unprofessional company. First, no one knocks on your door. They just showed up in the back yard on more than one day. The workers are not professional, do not dress or act professional, and have horrible work ethic. My husband had to constantly critique the guy putting siding on our house because it looked like a 3 year old was putting it up. Exposed cuts, siding not attached correctly, and trying to use a different color from the rest of the house was the professional service we received. We will NEVER recommend these idiots to anyone!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would.

i was very satisfied with the work of Rainbow Intl. i recently had a about 6-12 inches of flood water in my basement and they were quick to come out and assess the situation and get right on it to remedy. they cut out the baseboards and drywall, sprayed for mold and bacteria and put in the fans for the weekend and all was good. came back on monday and cleaned it all up and all done! thanks to Debbie and Chad at Rainbow Intl Restoration.
