We called Rainier View Plumbing after noticing a leak in the downstairs bathroom wall. They were able to come out the very next day. Brandon R. took the time to thoroughly check everything and determined that our elderly hot water tank was finally giving up the ghost. Rainier’s technician Brandon R did an outstanding job replacing our water heater and expansion tank and explaining what he found with our old water heater. He also provided a quick tutorial on how to light the pilot light and what’s needed to keep the tank in great condition. The front office staff were very responsive and clearly explained options they had for our water heater replacement. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them!
