I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Raleigh. They replaced the carpet in my bedroom with laminate flooring last year, so when a pipe burst recently, I knew exactly who to call. Dan was amazing—he guided me through the entire repair process and even helped me deal with the insurance company, which made a very stressful situation so much. Dan brought a great selection of samples right to my home and helped me choose the perfect carpet. The installation team was prompt, professional, and detail-oriented, and the finished floors look fantastic. Excellent service, great communication, and truly top-quality work.

Dan was very accommodating to our schedule. He came after hours to show us the flooring materials and explained each different type of flooring in a way that was easy to understand. The process of ordering the materials was very easy. I had the material delivered to my home as I was doing the install myself. The delivery of the material was on time.Dan was great in assisting with explaining the different aspects and tools that I would need for the install. The material that was chosen was very easy to install and looks great in my home. When I decide to do the rest of my home I will definitely be calling Dan.

We just got a new kitchen floor from Floor Coverings International (Tammy Bliss) and it's been a great experience from start to finish. Consultation was thorough with lots of samples, Ms Bliss was very knowledgeable about all the products. The work was completed in 4-5 hours and the results are gorgeous. She really helped us pick the right product for our needs & lifestyle. The crew was diligent and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. They took great care with finishing up the job, too. Everyone involved were Covid-19 conscious. Great experience all around.

Nate Thomlinson was great. He really helped us pick the right carpet and the install went great. The installers knew what they were doing and put everything back where it was except for a bookshelf anchor to the wall.
