Ralph’s carpet cleaning is terrible HE actually took some chemical that he said would take out the spots. It took out the spots. It also took out almost all the color in the carpet where the spots were. It looks horrible and if he doesn't even know what his chemicals do, how professional is he, really? I will have to eventually replace the carpet, which I would not have had to do if I had not hired Ralph's carpet cleaning. NEVER, NEVER use this company. You will be sorry if you do!

I called to say I had a pen mark on my new sofa. Ralph came within an hour, on a Saturday no less, and the pen mark is now gone. Will definitely use his services again! Thank you Ralph!
