Alex was great to work with. He communicated with me via text when he arrived which is what worked best for me to meet up with him. He was very professional with the service and request for a photo in the crawl space. After he finished, I received a complete assessment along with a photo. Great work and appreciate the entire process from start to finish!! My service was for rodent control and I highly recommended Rambo Total Pest Control.

What a great phone call. Danica was extremely professional and friendly. She explained services thoroughly and efficiently. Blake Peterson came for my initial total control inspection and he was awesome. He was very professional and answered all of my questions with great detail and patience. Rambo Peat Control is a rodent and pest control service I have used for about six years now. We have had zero pest issues since taking on their service. We recently started the rodent control service with Kaylee as the Pro Tech. Kaylee arrived on time and obviously very well prepared to take on the task at hand. Kaylee listened well to all of our concerns. Following that, she performed a thorough inspection of all areas underneath, in and around our house, to include the attack. She found rodent activity that we had thought occured. She found the smallest of activity that I could not find. Bravo! Kaylee is getting after the issue promptly and overtly. Was referred Rambo by a coworker that was also happy with their service. Blake showed up in a timely manner he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained how the traps worked and what to expect for the initial service and set up. I had concerns about my elderly dog but he walked me through how it all works, tapps, chemicals etc. I have a tiny crawl space and he made his way and secured several locations under my house. Overall extremely happy with the attention to detail, care he took coming in and out of our home and the plan to correct the current cute but unwanted guests and future ones that may come from construction across the street.
