Ramp C

Parking Ramp A/B/C are some of the easiest spots to use in downtown Minneapolis. It sits right in the middle of everything so getting to events, offices, or restaurants is quick. Its connected right to the skyway, so that makes things super convenient and much more comfortable in the harsh winter temperatures. Clean, well lit, smooth in and out, and consistently reliable without any hassle. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want to keep your parking situation simple. Just pay the cost for the convenience and safety. You wont regret it.

Just used the parking ramp for a concert. Nice, clean and connected to the skyward for Target center.

In my Minneapolis parking tier list, this one is pretty up there, a good rule of thumb to remember is that your best experience for parking will be with the public ramps, and this one is no exception - great skyway access for accessing Target Center and Field, as well as the rest of the city during the day at very reasonable rates. Also when you are coming from 252 onto i94, the 5th st ramp has a little split just to get to this ramp directly! Very convenient, affordable, and never had a problem!

It was very convenient coming from Saint Cloud to Target Field by using Ramp C. I have also used Ramp A, which is just as good but I found this one is closer to my destination. It felt safer here than parking in the street where my car might get hit. Overnight for only 15 usd is not terrible at all. It wasn’t dirty and the police didn’t bother me. Plus, it’s easy to get right out and back home. Now, if only we could do something about the traffic. Remember, if you aren’t driving fast then stay out of the fast lane.😎

We parked her for like 5 hours and it was only a few dollars. Crazy considering a block over you've got people charging $30+ for a 4 hour spot. Meanwhile ABC ramps is covered from the elements and has exits in each direction you'd want to go. Payment is quick and easy as well.
