From start to finish the service from this company in my opinion was outstanding. Jimmy was our contact person came out gave us a quote and was super nice easy to understand and didn't try to sell us anything else that we did not need. He was very straight forward about pricing and how long it would take. They took care of permit and HOA requested information. Took about 30 days to get All that information done mainly because the HOA drags their feet where I live on everything they do. Probably would have been done sooner didn't have to deal with the community HOA. Two gentlemen that came out were super nice. Worked fast and did a fantastic job. Unlike several other fence companies in our area, we were actually able to get someone from Randolph Outdoor on the phone. They were happy to assist and had a representative take a look at our gate the next day. The day after, they had a crew at our house and fixed our gate in less than an hour. Great local company. Highly recommend!

Jeff is the reason we went with Randolph outdoor. He was very personable and understanding about what we wanted. He also gave us a reasonable price and was flexible to give us different quotes for different types of fence , which included the removal of our old chain link fence ( which most companies did not want to deal with ). They also cleaned up the yard and made sure to fence in as much as our property as possible, given that there are huge trees in our yard and most people did not want to work around it. We are happy with the way our fence turned out and we are glad we chose Randolph Outdoor. They communicated well throughout the project and kept us updated on the permit timelines as well so we could plan accordingly. Highly recommend!

Spoke with Jimmy a couple of days ago, he did not try to upsell me he gave me a quote according to what I was looking for and two days later they came out and put up my fence. Fantastic work. I would give this company an A+ Plus Randolph outdoor fence.
