Randy came out for a water main leak at my house that required excavation. As soon as my yard was marked by 811, Randy came out and had us set and ready for the process. He and his crew had us back up and with water within hours. He responded to my initial call within an hour and called each time he was on his way so we could sequester animals before he arrived. Absolutely incredible service at an affordable rate. Randy L. Heck IS my plumber going forward. HIGHLY recommend!

I can’t thank Randy enough for his help today!! Something was leaking somewhere in my house making the sump pump kick on, but couldn’t find anything anywhere. Called him Friday night and he came Saturday morning. Fixed the problem (plus another issue he found), was in and out in 45 mins! Fantastic service! Thank you so much! Highly recommended! FYI 2 other companies I called won’t do emergencies on weekends unless you are their customer. Well I’ve never had an issue before…I’m now Randy’s customer!

We experienced a water leak resulting in a full demo/renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. Randy was recommended to me & I’m glad we called. Had my water heater go out the Sunday before Labor day. Was thinking,"Oh, great.Who is going to come out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend on top if it." Not only did Randy call me back about an hour later, , was at my house in about 20 minutes, he replaced the water heater and done in an hour. Of course I did what I could before hand to make sure things would go smoothly for him, but still, A lifesaver on a holiday weekend!

Our realtor recommended Randy Heck when our hot water heater was leaking. They came the next day and fixed the issue and also made an additional repair to an outside faucet. We also contacted them when our son needed a new hot water heater installed. And again a few days later when the water line to the upstairs laundry room was leaking and water was running through the wall into the first floor ceiling and into the basement. They were able to come the next day and quickly discovered the cause. He made the repair with minimal removal of the drywall and referred us to someone to do the drywall repair. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or heating repairs.
