We knew exactly what chimney work we needed, so we just asked for an estimate and to get the repairs scheduled. Douglas came out to our place and gave us a very fair quote for both chimney issues. After we approved the work, Douglas quickly got started by fixing our chimney cap. Since there were two repairs, we had to schedule another visit for the rest of the work. I missed the second appointment, but Douglas was flexible and even came out again, arriving early on a Saturday. He did a great job removing old mortar joints in our firebox and was careful not to leave any mess in our living room.
