Jeremy went above and beyond for our project. We have a limited income and he helped us figure out how to reduce our monthly expenses. Our Comcast bill was $400.00 plus a month and now it is less than $120.00 a month. Jeremy and Brianne spent about 12 hours changing out our type of service to just wi-fi and streaming services. The patience they showed all of us that are 70 years plus was incredible!

I instantly felt comfortable with Jeremy and the entire Rapid CSI team. I had questions about removing a load bearing wall, they explained the process, told me about the potential issues, and ways to overcome the obstacles. I highly recommend them for any contracting services you need.

Had Brian, the lead electrician, out to fix a problem with our power. Not only was he not able to fix the original issue but he ran high voltage to our heater while bumbling around and damaged it. Which we found out about later. Called another electrician out a day later who was able to fix the original issue very easily and we only then realized how bad a job Brian had done. Turned a $200-$300 job into $1,800 as we had to hire an HVAC technician, who confirmed that the damage was caused during Brian's visit, just to fix the damages caused to our heater. Contacted Brian about the damages and he refused to compensate for any of it. Find a better company to do business with for your own sake.

We had a tiny home built. It took almost 2 yrs to build because of COVID and the county we are in codes and permits etc. That part was a nightmare. But the house is finally completed and we just love it. Thanks to Jeremy and his crew.
