Our experience with Rapid Dry was excellent. We had a water leak in our kitchen and from the remediation to redesigning the layout of our new kitchen, to the quality of the craftsmanship, they were A+. The entire team was excellent with over communicating, they stayed on schedule, their workers were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. I’d feel comfortable hiring them on future projects. If anyone has a construction project, I’d absolutely recommend Rapid Dry for home renovation projects.

I had an excellent experience with Rapid Dry Restoration from the beginning to the end. Kim from the front office was on top of everything and always communicated where things were at in the process. Joshua and Travis who worked together as project managers did great work. I never had a problem contacting them or getting a response. Travis really went above helping me out in a tough situation having to take out a vanity that had already been put in and had someone there the next morning early. Chris the cabinet guy did superior work. Also the gentleman who did our clean up and dry wall was so nice and helpful. Tile guy there right away when we had another change. I would definitely highly recommend Rapid Dry Restoration to anyone.

Rapid dry was extremely thorough in diagnosing my problem and how to move forward. I had a flood in my kitchen and had to have everything removed entirely - drywall with counters and cabinets. Each person that I dealt with, had their own “expertise “ from dealing with the insurance companies to removing damage, checking for mold, clearing the air, systematically boxing material And items that were in the cabinets and making sure they were Properly labeled and placing them in a safe area. They kept in touch with me on a regular basis as to the next step systematically taking care of the whole process in the most timely manner as possible. I always knew they were doing their best. We used the renovation arm of Rapid Dry to completely redo our guest bathroom. Josh and his team were amazing and came through with every promise they made. Every worker arrived as scheduled, completed their task and left the house clean and tidy. We took the bathroom down to the studs, so the job involved plumbers, dry wall, electricians, painters and tiling. If I could give them 10 stars I would, and will definitely be using Rapid Dry in any future projects.
