Rapid Response was great! They handled my water damage restoration project with true professionalism and cared for the customers concerns. At no point during the project (which was a long process) did we feel that we made the wrong choice as far as choosing a restoration company. We would recommend Rapid Response to any and all!

I really can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Rapid Response Restoration. The work I hired them for was a relatively small part of a bigger issue that involved me getting a full roof replacement and solar panels uninstalled and reinstalled, and they really helped make their part as stress free as possible. We hit a waterline while mounting our TV, around 11pm. Called Emergency Plumbing, who sent someone out immediately (within 30 minutes). Then Julian from Rapid Response Restoration came through in the morning to asses the damage. He was kind, prompt and very knowledgeable. He assessed the damage and didn’t try to upsell what needed to be done. Easy to contact for follow up. Made our experience so smooth. THANK YOU!

I had a sewer line leak and they came in and cleaned it up quick and efficient. They went above and beyond, inspected our subfloors and dug out the affected soil. George and his team truly left the place better than it was originally. They always informed me of their next steps, so I would know what to expect. The only inconvenience is that the HEPA filter machine is loud, but it was necessary for the issue I had with black water and sewer smell. It was super effective and they made sure to sanitize it well.
