The DRY Carpet Cleaner

I enjoyed using this service. It was quite different than the usual carpet cleaning. My customer service experience was definitely excellent and gentleman that came was respectful and took his time didn’t rush the process, my carpets were dry within an hour. Thank you so much for helping me maintain my home, clean carpets are a big deal especially in today’s age. Plenty of bacteria builds up throughout the year. I will definitely recommend this business and will be using this services in the future. Thank you so much! 😁

A lot of companies get 5 star reviews because they bribe their customers with incentives, but this 5 star review is authentic! Danny was a great communicator, and did a great job! Our concern was pet urine odor from a foster dog that had so many accidents, but when we met with Danny, he inquired about the areas of greatest concern and was careful to thoroughly clean them. He also used a tool to measure the square footage of the areas cleaned to provide the most accurate pricing. Overall, working with Danny was such a pleasure! I highly recommend The Dry Carpet Cleaner!

Excellent job! I am so happy with the results! We have tried other carpet cleaning companies in the past and have never been satisfied when the job was finished because the carpet was left wet and the spots always came back. Other companies would leave the house in 15-30 minutes to clean all 4 spaces in my house and never made sure the job was done right. This was not the case with The Dry Carpet Cleaner. Dorian took his time to make sure it was clean and that the carpet dried fast but the best part is that the results are long lasting. I definitely plan to use them again in the future! Dorian is top notch! Worked with my changing schedule and is as professional and nice as they come! I was skeptical of this process, but I am a believer now! HA! My carpet had stains that I tried and tried to get out but couldn't. Dorian made it look and feel like brand new! I will never steam clean carpet again.
