Everyone at Rathe is super friendly and helpful. Great place!
I was having an issue with my LAARS combi system. I called CFM Plumbing and Heating and spoke with Craig. He, Ken Resnick and Rick Collins, from Rathe Assoc. arrived at my house on time and got right to work. Rick was extremely informative, courteous and professional. He took me through the issue and the fix, step by step, and answered all of my questions honestly and patiently. It's people like Rick, Craig and Ken, that will help, not only grow this industry, but also, definitely assist in the public having a different opinion of mechanical servicemen. They all have restored my faith in the service industry.
Great Experience !!!! Manufacturer was a great help and a pleasure to deal with. Mr. Resnick was an absolute professional !!! They stand behind their products !!! The company has my business for life....!!
