AC went out and was making a weird noise. I called them up and they said they could have a guy over in 30 mins. It took him only about 10 minutes to find the leak in my AC unit which he was able to weld and then refill my system with freon. He had my unit blowing ice cold air within 40 mins of getting on site.

I called them today, 11/15/14, around 10:30 AM to ask for service. I mentioned that I used their service back in 2023 and wanted to give them another shot. The first lady who answered my phone was really rude, but the second person she transferred me to was decent.
