Ray's Appliance Repair

Great service. Left a message on Saturday, received a return call Monday morning. Set an appointment for Tuesday. Called before they came, were here when they said they would be. Jacob, the tech was polite, knowledgeable. He had the parts on his truck to fix it right away. Tested all burners were working properly. A pleasant experience from start to finish.

What a load of garbage, their tech comes out to diagnose a fridge for me. Doesnt even have to touch it to verify what I already told them, bad control board. I wait ten days and call them 4 separate times to get a price quote after they already took our $99 fee which is supposed to go towards the repair. Finally I get them to run the quote for me and I tell them to pull the trigger, only then do they proceed to tell me I live too far and they won't do the repair. What a game, make 100 per call just to show up and never fulfill the repair. Take your money elseware.

Called 4 times over a month, once a week. Julien? Picked up each time, scheduled me an appointment. Appointment time comes no one shows up…4 times. 5th time guy finally shows up, cost of repair exceeds value of washer. I knew this was the case but “protocol.” I originally purchased a used set back in June. I am not upset about replacing my unit, nor the warranty, and my service expectations from the used appliance shop is really low to start. 4 no call no shows. Anyways, Harman’s Appliances across the street will get my call next time.

My old dry was so loud it had been driving me crazy. My family purchased a dry from Ray's in April as a present for my birthday . Yeah from me . But with in the week my present stopped heating. We called they came out said nothing was wrong . Suggested to clean the vent but that had already been done. We called to more times each time being told nothing was wrong . Mean while we were running it 2 or 3 times to get a load dry. Then in June not even that would work. We now have bought a new the heating element and replaced it and it still doesn't work. This is after weeks of hanging drying clothes and going to the laundry mat. So be warned do not buy from rays ever . I will be calling them on Tuesday to let them know again how terrible there service and equipment is . You have

Customer service really bad. And so ridiculous over priced. They wanted 300 for an old rusted dryer. I bought a new one for 400.
