Parked next to one of there vehicles at a Menards in Glendale Hts,IL and there driver put a dent in my passenger rear qtr panel, I called and talked with there phone staff and was told i would get a call back, well that never happened of course. Take ownership when you damage someone's vehicle!

Purchased an AC and Furnace from Ray's for my parents home because they touted their warranty on April of 2021. Today November of 2023, the furnace would not heat, so we called for service. Under the impression that the warranty should cover all labor for 5 years, and parts for 10, we thought this should be covered. Instead, they arrived (charged 78 dollars to drive to our home) then charged my parents156 dollars to diagnose the issue, then charged them 82.80 to clean and test the flame sensor. So they were charged 316.80 for a unit that is fully covered under warranty, less than two years old. I would avoid doing business with this company as there are hundreds of HVAC companies that stand behind their products. This was my mistake for choosing Ray's for my parents HVAC needs. The compan

They came to our rescue just in time!! Our furnace was just about to quit all together and they came out the same day to install a new one. Very efficient and friendly installers, did a great job. Would definitely use Ray's again and recommend to everyone.
