We placed an emergency service call with R&B after our heat went out. The office staff provided a reasonable time window for technicians to arrive. Daniel quickly located the defective part and outlined next steps. The replacement part was ordered and replaced quickly. Daniel even took the time to point out some maintenance related items that could potentially cause some issues down the road. Overall this was painless experience given the circumstances.

Not satisfied at all, our heat went out in the middle of the night. We scheduled an appointment online for the following morning on their website and was called first thing in the morning and told that they actually did not have that early morning appointment available. Then when the technician arrived The communication was awful. They try to call you from a random 1-800 number and expect you to answer... They were able to tell us absolutely nothing about the intermittent heating issue and I don't know if they actually did anything other than turn the heat on and tell us it's working. But they sure wanted their $80 fee to be paid even though they provided nothing... Additional information after response: Responding Directly to the owner! Fact 1: I recieved a schedule confirmation email

Professional, helpful and efficient visit from Daniel to check our HVAC system, replace filter, and provide quotes for some repairs/upgrades. He was polite and informative and explained everything clearly. Pleased with the thorough service. Thank you very much!

I’ve enjoyed all of my experiences with R&B Climate control who’s been providing me with regular maintenance. The service is always great and they provide great follow up and communication. I was assisted by John during my most recent visit and he was awesome! What I appreciated most was that John made sure to explain my service needs in a way that was understandable and he took the time to show me the problem areas specifically which was helpful. He gave great recommendations and I could tell he was very knowledgeable but also passionate about his work and level of service.

Daniel is fantastic with his customer service and performance!! He always takes the time to explain to us what he has done while being here! He explained that we needed our furnace to be serviced as we are not in the market to replace it since we plan to sale the house in the next couple of years so he sold me on getting some necessary things done. Always enjoy his professional attitude while he is here!!
