I was so glad to find a brick and mortar lack smith. I needed a small safe opened and if possible a new key made. They made it happen in a matter of minutes. Great service, price and follow through. Highly recommend

I don’t recommend this place at all, upon walking in a strong stench of wet stinky dog… I am a dog lover and my Rottweiler never stung up an office like the poor dog they have inside this business. (It wasn’t even raining outside like the owner claims in his response to my review) Their customer service is horrible, they said one thing and when I went back they back tracked against making my key that I needed… Total waste of my time. Don’t go here, take your money and business to a place that knows what their talking about. The employees don’t know how to communicate, I had to wait for an older man to tell me he couldn’t make my key after all. Making a key certainly isn’t rocket science like they act like at this place!🙄

I stopped by for a quote to program my car, it was way cheaper than I expected! Very kind people, great customer service. My vehicle did not allow them to program the key correctly but I was surprised on how fast everything went and they told me what was the exact issue impeding us and at no charge. I will definitely recommend my family and friends here and will be back for other key needs.
