I don’t have any opinion about this contractors work but if his driving is any indication of his sobriety or focus your floors will be a mess. My wife was driving on 42 east tonight when this van pulled right out in front of us and a west bound vehicle forcing both of us to slam on brakes and swerving to avoid his beat up dirty van. His driving after pulling out in front of us, did not seem impaired or erratic, so hopefully he was just irresponsible but not drunk. Be safe.
