We're very fortunate to have been able to enlist the services of RCS Heating and Cooling. Greg and his team did a commendable job installing one of our propane furnaces that has been progressively failing for several months. The system uses air-sourced heat pumps (for heating and cooling) and gas furnaces (for heating) and will automatically determine the most efficient method of supplying heat. The team was at our home for nearly 12 hours working proficiently and tirelessly to have us up and running in a single day during some of the coldest weather we've had in many years. Overall, an excellent job at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend RCS Heating and Cooling.

They put in 2 brand new heat pump systems, one servicing my upstairs and one servicing my ground floor and basement. Demoed my old dirty ductwork and got me brand new everything. My experience working with Greg Loibl from RCS was 5 Star. I engaged RCS for designing, installing and now servicing a brand new HVAC system for a new home my wife and I had built in 2011. Greg takes a very analytical approach to determine the HVAC requirements for the entire structure. He did a cost analysis for me comparing the "total cost of ownership" for propane, ground water heat pump, and air source heat pump solutions. We settled on an air source heat pump (14 yrs ago before they became popular) for providing both heat and AC using the same duct work throughout the house. The placement of vents and returns Greg selected are perfect. I have been dealing with RCS H&C since moving into my home almost 10 years ago. I would not deal with any other company. Greg and his staff are not only immensely knowledgeable and professional, but courteous and respond swiftly...as well as show up on time and leave the home as clean as can be.
