We needed to replace our front steps to our house. they needed to be 6ft. wide so couldn't just buy them at a "box" store. My brother referred us to Reading precast. Jim, our salesman was very courteous when we placed our order. We were told it would take 2 weeks for the process to be completed once they received our down payment. After the 2 weeks they called and scheduled a 9am install time which the driver/installer was right on time! The installer did a fantastic job. He was very professional and clean and the steps were beautiful! When the installer was finished he shook my hand and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this company!

My husband and I recently went through this company to have new steps and a concrete precast porch put in at our house. I would absolutely never recommend doing business with this company. They recommended a contractor to us by the name of ken stump that completely tore up our yard, did not clean up all the mess that our step removal required, he measured incorrectly and set the pillars at the wrong position (setting the project back), did not extend the sidewalk as promised, and then made us feel guilty for requesting him to make right for his wrongs. When reading precast called the contractor because the steps did not fit in their location, he did not answer or get back to them for hours. Reading precast did a great job with our stairs. Delivery driver was also super nice and helpful. Will be using them again for future concrete needs.
