When I started to look for a contractor to help me with my guest bathroom remodel, this company was the only one who accepted the challenge and assured me they can work with my idea and didn’t make me feel dumb nor looked me down. It was a pleasure working with John and his crew on my recent remodel. I was immediately impressed with John's energy and enthusiasm for redesigning my outdated kitchen and bath. He took the time to understand my needs and desires and used his expertise and talents to develop a design that was perfect for me and my home. John helped me with the selection of cabinet design and color, counter tops, lighting and flooring for the kitchen and the new tub/shower, vanity, cabinets for storage, floor and shower tiles and lighting fixtures for the bathroom. John sent me a design board for each room with all of his selections represented and was helpful in making any changes that I requested while staying within my budget. Gary and Benjamin at Ready Set Remodel! are very professional and have excellent customer service skills! They helped with an electrical issue, quickly diagnosing the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem and what they did so I was comfortable it was the correct solution. Gary worked me in before a holiday too. I highly recommend Ready Set Remodel!!

Truly this should be a MINUS 10 stars review!!! If you want poor craftsmanship and bad customer service than by all means go to this company. I contracted with John (when this company was Venturist ) in 2022, and I regret that I did. My home has been damaged (severe water damage to my upstairs and down stairs), due to unskilled labor taking on projects that were above their capabilities. We had 4 separate severe water leaks from this bathroom renovation...riddle how this could not be to POOR craftsmanship. Also 3 plumbers ( 2 contracted by this company) stated the damage we had was due to MISTAKES and an OVERALL BAD installation...please save yourself from this company.
