I’ve been using this company for over 10 years, and they are by far the best AC company I’ve ever come across! They’re honest, caring, friendly, and true experts in their field. Anytime I’ve needed them, they’ve come right away. I completely trust Kirk and his team and wouldn’t use anyone else. Fast and reliable. Our AC broke and Real Air came so fast to fix it as temps were almost 90 in the house! I was incredibly thankful! Also super friendly and I will use them from now on!

It’s summertime in Orlando, which is the worst time for your AC to stop working, so I was relieved when Kirk promptly answered my call late in the afternoon and showed up within the hour on the same day I was experiencing issues. I’m new to the area so had first tried contacting a well known large company who gave me the run around to get a time scheduled but kept being sent to voicemail. Thankfully a family member referred me to Kirk, saying how honest and trustworthy he is- my experience reflected this - he was super responsive and professional, quickly identifying the issue and scheduling the repair as soon as possible. My AC is back up and running again at a very affordable price. Will definitely be working with Real Air, Inc. in the future should any issues arise.

Kirk was knowledgeable and professional. They came over when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem and resolved it immediately. Not too expensive a repair and it took them about 20 minutes. Kirk kept me informed and gave suggestions on what to do. I appreciate their time and efforts in resolving my issue.
