They did our kitchen, bathroom, and wet bar, delivering beautifully detailed, high-quality cabinetry while remaining incredibly responsive to our feedback For example, we noticed a small issue on a Saturday and sent them a message. By Monday morning, they had already remade the cabinet, and when we arrived, the problem was completely resolved. That level of responsiveness really impressed us. If I could give Realm Cabinet LLC zero stars, I would. This company has been one of the most unprofessional and frustrating businesses I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The cabinets were delivered incomplete, poorly finished, and far from the quality they promised. I had to spend a huge amount of time and money fixing their mess just to make them usable. Their customer service is a joke — rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their work. Instead of acknowledging the obvious problems, they demanded full payment like everything was perfect. It’s clear they only care about getting paid, not about the product or the customer. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave you to deal with the fall
