A very costly one that wouldn't approve our very reasonable claim for a new roof on our home. Chris worked diligently with Nationwide, who is most definitely NOT on your side. He helped them understand that no reputable roofer would ever try to repair the damage of a crumbling roof. Joe Clemen is the field manager for Red Hawk Roofing. He visited my home and we talked about three issues with the roof tiles on my house. Joe got onto the roof and adjusted the tiles to fit them back in place and completed the job. Joe with very congenial in our discussion. He understood the issues that I was concerned about and fixed the problems. So, the bottom line is that Joe did everything that I wanted - he arrived on time, he understood the issues and fixed them quickly. I am very pleased with the service he provided!
