Red Lion Insulation

Just experienced my attic being done by this company (removal of old insulation, spray foam 2" closed cell foam, and blown in cellulose) and sadly I can not recommend them to anyone. Here is a sampling of what I experienced: Seeing as how we dealt with several schedule changes (initially told a Thursday and Friday then told Thursday, Friday, and Monday), no prep crew arriving (they were supposed to arrive after removal crew but then was told the work would be done the next day by spray crew but it wasn't), my removing half the attic insulation and doing half the air sealing, recessed light covers installed below standard, no further air sealing done beyond what I did (evidenced by spray foam infiltrating the living area ceiling around central air registers), the spray crew having to come

My contractor used them in February (2 months ago) for construction on a home we are not in yet, and every day in the past 8 days I have received harassing thick, supposedly certified letters (they put that on the envelope) that they are putting a lien on my house for an unpaid bill with my contractor. Some days, I have gotten two thick packages. My contractor said they have used them for years but now new ownership. My contractor said they are handling it. All letters are dated over a week ago. They do not even give you a breather to address it.. If it’s truly unpaid, put the lien on and stop sending me harassing letters every day. I believe my contractor is settling their bill. Stop harassing me! It’s ridiculous. I suggest no contractor use them as they harass the end customer.

Just wanted to reach out to the Red Lion team to thank you all for the great experience with my recent renovations. From the time I met with Lauren, my salesperson, to the completion of the insulation installation, all of my expectations were exceeded. Lauren was always available to answer each and every one of my questions or concerns, and the installation team was professional and courteous, and completed my job in a timely manner. They went out of their way to leave my home cleaner than when they arrived! Thanks again for a job well done! Will definitely use again and happily recommend moving forward!

The worst experience ever dealing with red lion Called to get my crawlspace, attic and blown in insulation on my walls done. When the office called me to schedule I said I won’t be home but I’ll leave a house key out for the guys please have them give me a call when they arrive and they did not call me when they arrived. I saw on my camera they where trying to open all the windows to try to get in keep in mind they didn’t have nothing on there truck that said red lion insulation or wearing shirts or anything that said red lion so I had no idea who they are. So I called into the office and asked if that’s there guys at my house and to tell them to stop trying to break into my house ! I’ll tell them where the key is at please have them call me. Please disregard the name on the review as its for my sons gaming channel. Make sure to ask questions about your contract. I had requested to have the floors in my crawlspace insulated and was told by the sales person that they would be done and also the walls. Looking at the contract it did appear as if it was written up for both the floor and walls, but in reality it is just for the walls. I would not have a greed to pay $1200 just to have insulation put on my walls. On top of that they were a no call no show on the original day of installation. The floors of my house are still cold as a result of not having the flooring insulation as I had requested. I would not recommend using this company and regret my decision.
