01/13/2023 at 4:40 pm at Walmart super center in the pick up area plate number :47370. They guys doing deliveries for Walmart almost got hit by that bus . You guy have to do something with your drivers , I’m a professional driver my self and I have never seen a driver care so less about the pedestrians .

Today’s service was bad. I’m sure it’s hard to plan for all situations. However, when your bus is late AGAIN! so I got on as it was going thru the neighborhood, not towards town, the driver asks me do I turn here?’ I don’t know! When we arrived at the intersection where I got on the bus, we stopped too far past it, continued to next block and adjust. When we got to Shippen st, there’s a block where the road is closed to our right (New st maybe). It’s still a four way stop and we never stopped! I don’t care if there’s no traffic! OMG Route 5 grandview. Could we please have a regular driver for the morning runs! The lady that drives in the afternoon is great! Hoping this message gets to the correct people, my last concern that I addressed here was never answered. Not very customer friendl

Aida who works inside at the counter is an Awesome person,I always look forward to talking to her and getting my buss passes.

Bus aren't hot nice cool air conditioning fair price from what I pay where I used to live which is now 2.75

Quite honestly despite being clean with newer vehicles and facilities RRTA has absolutely horrible customer service. They treat their customers like children who they are doing a favor.
