Red Star Oil Co

Red Star serviced an issue on the furnace in my house in July. They determined that the furnace was working fine, no issues at all. Now heating season is here and the same issue is happening. I called back and was told there is nothing they will do for me because it was the previous owner who had the service preformed. In short, they will not stand behind their work.

We have been using Redstar for over 8 years and never had a problem. Always pleasant and on time with deliveries and prices are very competitive!

Not dependable. ..scheduled oil delivery last week and they never showed up.Called to reschedule and again they failed to deliver! We strongly recommend all to stay clear of Red Star Oil .They make promises they never keep.

Recently ran out of oil at my residence. Called for an emergency service and was asked if i was a current customer. I was not. Operator said she was really busy with current customers .. That's not a way to gain customer base. I will not be dealing with them
