Redbox Restoration - Water Damage Restoration

Got home from a vacation to a flooded house due to broken toilet. Called Redbox and they came out the same day on a sunday. They assessed the damage and started the drying out process immediately. They dealt with my insurance directly and made sure the insurance covered everything they were supposed to. Redbox took care of all the repairs as well, they replaced our wooden floors, carpets, dry wall and did all the painting and finishing touches. They made the entire process much easier than I thought it was going to be and my house was back to normal in two weeks. I would highly recommend them!!

Redbox Restoration was fantastic on the sewer overspill we had to deal with a while back at our house! They were fast and efficient in removing and cleaning the mess. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and always answered our questions and concerns. With their help and expertise, it was easier to manage a very unpleasant experience such as a sewer spill. I usually don't write reviews, but George and his crew deserve our recognition and our recommendation.

Florin and Geo are doing an amazing job! They restored our basement in no time after it flooded due to a plumbing issue. They are reasonably priced, very responsive and friendly. I already recommended them to one of our neighbors to dry out their basement too after rain flooding.

Florin Visan and Company are exceptional and did an exemplary job in my home. They were professional and always answered any questions or concerns I had by immediately returning my phone calls. They were meticulous in their work during the cleanup process and were pleasant and personable the entire time they worked for me. They were reliable, always on time and were respectful and considerate of my time and space. They worked efficiently and did a thorough and excellent job. I highly recommend them and would hire them again any time.

Redbox Restoraion did a great job for us. It’s a trying time when your house gets flooded and Florin made us feel as if everything was going to be alright. He gave us comfort and helped us get back to living. He made sure it was all done right.
