RedRock Resurfacing

Had the pleasure of meeting Dustin who resurface my Daughters tub a Meridian Green Apartments. He was professional, came early but apt MGMT team states they did not have the key, he returned to make sure the job was completed as contracted. Had to leave Dustin to do his job but he text me when completed and sent us photos of the job. Dustin did an outstanding job - left the home secured and clean, thank you! - You Rock Dustin B !!!! I highly recommend this company

1. Great job it looks Phenomenal!!! I know I may not be a Homeowner but my biggest pet peeve is when a business goes into the homes of their clients and does not wear shoe covers. Always place the shoe covers on your shoes. We are in a state where it rains the majority of the time. Respectfully Also it is very important to inform the client the steps and followup that is needed. Your company left with any type of instructions or information regarding the work that was done. Irregardless of me renting I still would have liked to know what to do with the things that were left in my childrens bathroom. We recently started using RedRock Resurfacing at our apartment community. We love the work they do! Brooke at the office is always so helpful, and Tim goes out of his way with great communication and follow up. I work for a property management company and we have used Redrock for several years to refinish/repair tubs/showers and refinish countertops. They have a wide variety of finishes available for countertops and we've always been happy with the results

Do NOT use this company! Please!UNTRAINED and UNPROFESSIONAL! Dusted my entire apartment because didn’t put up plastic to keep dust in bathroom only. But I Covered entire bathroom in plastic myself even over lights etc. they took it all down ! Then pulled tall shelves out of bathroom into kitchen uncovered all towels too moved them into kitchen. Why??? then DiD NOT put the simple plastic covering over bathroom door to keep heavy unhealthy dust in the bathroom. My whole apartment was covered in a fine sheet of white dust. I think they forgot the plastic ! Tub was resurfaced but not worth the damages to everything and immense cleaning. The couch, carpet, walls, everything had to be wiped down.
