This place is horrible!!!! Management is incompetent, they mistreat and verbally abuse their employees. They never have anything in stock and when they do, good luck finding someone to go out of their way to help you. This location should be shut down. Don't even waste your time here. Ferguson right next door is much more professional, and helpful.

I ordered 20 ft copper to be delivered as I don't have a truck to carry it and they delivered 10 ft sections. I returned the 10 ft copper and told them what I needed and to deliver it to the job address. They told me it would be delivered Monday. It's Tuesday and no material. I called express to find out why my materials weren't delivered, all I'm getting is the run around. This is the last time I go to Express to order my material to be delivered. I don't need all the problems and the cost of paying my employees for nothing. I'm going to use Ferguson plumbing from now on. I do understand that people make mistakes...but twice for the same order....see ya!!

Good selection of plumbing products, fairly knowledgeable staff, ! Much cheaper than Ferguson pipe n supply, for contractors like me, I don't save much more than average retail customers so every dime is a bonus..! But you have to do your due diligence and compare.
