Reed Appliance Service

Eagan, REED Appliances tech, visited my house this morning to check on my LG washer and dryer. He was fast, polite, explained everything, charged a fair price. I really appreciate having a connection with a local appliance repair firm that is on time, fairly priced and knowledgeable.

I called Reed Appliance about a problem with my washing machine. I got a call back immediately. I explained that I also had a neighbor with a refrigerator problem as well. I asked if he could look at both the same day. Absolutely was the answer. He showed up right on time exactly as discussed. He dealt with my issue then we went together to the neighbor. There was zero frustration and he was polite, efficient and not condescending. I will absolutely recommend him. Reed Appliance is fabulous.

We highly recommend Reed Appliance Service. After our induction cooktop cracked I called and promptly received a call back. I had ordered the replacement part, but was unsure about trying to install it. Eagan said as soon it arrived, call and he would be here with a day or two. Called on a Friday and he called that day to say he would be here Mon am. Arrived on time, replaced the cooktop quickly and completely cleaned up the work area. Price was as quoted. Will be passing their name on to all our friends and family. Very professional company!

Reed Appliance Service just replaced my dryer vent with a new rigid duct. He did a great job - was fast, courteous, timely and cleaned up after his work. I will definitely use this service again if we ever need any appliance repairs. We'll also have him back to do yearly service on the dryer duct.
