Reflections Glass Hawaii

Had Reflections Glass order and install custom shower enclosure for our master bathroom. Robert was very helpful and price was fair considering were we live and Glass comes from the mainland. After about a month glass came in but was cut a 3/8th in short so installers said that they would reorder. about a month later new glass came in and was again cut short, so round 3 and finally came in right - why the 4 stars - customer service was very good and the final product came out well. Had first install gone right I would have given 5 stars. The good news is if you have an issue they will stand behind it to make it right. Thanks Robert and Team

Reflections did a custom glass shower door in our master bathroom in our vacation home here in Kona in 2021. The home is occupied less than 6 months a year. We were initially happy with the product and installation but gradually the sweep began catching on the tile curbing. Closer examination reveals that the glass has slipped away slightly from the two hinges causing an uneven gap at the base of the panel. Just got off the phone with the receptionist who indicated that the job is outside the warranty date so we will be billed a minimum of $187 for a service call to remedy this. This seems like a hefty annual budget for shower door maintenance and we wonder if the install was done improperly and perhaps they should stand behind their product more. Not happy.

Dealing with Reflections was time consuming. I had to follow up frequently to find out where the estimate was. Additionally, if you charge a 3% fee on TOP of what you're quoting me, just so I can use a card, you can expect to lose my business. (Which is what happened in my case.)

Multiple oversized windows at our business location were replaced this week and every one of my employees noted how efficient and professional the workers were. They were able to replace multiple windows without interrupting business. Highly recommend.

I own a cleaning business and have had a glass tabletop break. I originally went to a furniture company and pre-ordered the glass top. I contacted that company multiple times about when it would arrive, long story short- it's been a year and I still haven't heard back from them. When I lost hope in that place, I went to Reflections Glass and they had it made for me in two days! Most recently, I broke a glass fridge shelf and knew it could take months going through the manufacturer, I went to Reflections and they made me a custom fridge shelf in 30 minutes! Will only use them from now on.
