I have interviewed more than a dozen of Orlando based GC , and Kolin Gasper with Refresh Construction was the only one who earned my trust . Very happy that I listened to my intuition and now I know that my Custom Home project is in the right hands. The whole Refresh Construction Team is always very professional, straight to the point , will fight for you as their own. Highly recommended for any of your construction or renovation needs!

Avoid this company and GC Kolin Kasper at all costs! He'll charge exorbitant prices for a wood pergola ($10-13k) that will rot within three years due to subpar materials. After completing your house, he won't provide any customer service—there's no warranty on your new construction. Don't expect him to return your calls either. Your hard-earned money will fund other projects while yours languishes, accruing hefty bank interest. Despite numerous chances, Refresh Construction and Kolin Gasper failed to rectify issues before receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. Beware of liens on your property; contractors will pursue you for payment. Kolin may offer promises, but he's not trustworthy. Avoid him and his company like the plague. Not recommended!
