The customer service is terrible! I have brought my clothes here for the past year but the last couple of visits I was treated for rudely by the Owner. I brought in two pairs of linen pants to be pressed and one pair was still full of wrinkles and was overcharged because she complained the material was hard to iron and she lost money on the labor. That’s not my fault as the customer! All she had to do was call me and tell me they couldn’t press the pants. I will never come back!
I’ve been a dedicated customer for many years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else because of the welcoming customer service, their professionalism & appreciation, their timely & expedient service!!!
