I received great customer care from Reico. When my bathroom cabinet had an issue, i was able to get service immediately. Glen, the Technician, was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and had a replacement part on his truck . He was a pleasure to work with and repaired the cabinet in minutes. Glen delivered the highest level of customer care and the bathroom cabinet looks great.

The customer service provided by Kim Dill when I had an issue was exceptional. Glen Lee was also superb in installing and fixing the problem. I would definitely use Reico again for any future needs.

BLUF: Reico Kitchen & Bath provided us superb service after the sale! Replacing our bath vanity was not in our plans, so we just ordered replacement doors to update. The showroom staff were super helpful and got us the right size and color, but when the doors came they did not hang correctly. Reico provided excellent service after the sale by sending out a top notch technician to assess the problem. Glen was knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. He brought the correct hinges and went ahead and installed the doors, which was totally unexpected! I can't say enough about the superb service Reico provided after our purchase and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Reico remodelled my master bath and pantry. Reico only carries Kohler bathroom products. If you want another brand faucet or shower door, you'll have to order it yourself (which will be cheaper). The contractor that Reico engaged for my project was extremely pleasant and accommodating during various delays. I am satisfied with the finished rooms.
