Reliable Paving

We had a new driveway done, seal coating and a walkway. They all had problem areas after just 5 months. We’ve reached out to Joe over 50 times via phone, text, and social media. He answered the phone once in the beginning and state “he would call us right back, we are getting ready to take a break”. However we never heard from him again. Poor quality work was done. Please don’t be fooled by this person, he will not back up his work.

We are having the same experience as a recent poster, Joe re-asphalted our driveway and carport but after 2 weeks of texts and voicemail re a repair, we’ve had no response. He put in an open drain that isn’t set low enough for water to drain into it, instead goes around it and into flowerbed, causing soil to erode. Open drain can’t be opened to clean it, either. Edges are crumbling in front of concrete at garage and back stoop.

Four months ago they sealed our driveway and patched a hole. The seal is pealing and the patch is crumbling away. I've called both the TN and NC numbers about the issues. Left a voice message and never heard back.
