I was really hoping to be able to give a good review, unfortunately I cannot do that. This is a commercial building and we wanted to use a local company to clean our linoleum floors. We called around and Steam Master came in at the lowest price. Although they advertise carpet and upholstery cleaning I was assured they could do the floors. We asked for cleaning and waxing. The first 2 photos are after the first “cleaning and waxing”. Unhappy with the obvious wax job on a dirty floor we asked for a redo. The second service was slightly better but not much. Again we called and at the third and final try, the wax was mostly stripped, somewhat cleaned and zero wax reapplied. Now we have dull semi-clean floors. They may do a good carpet cleaning job, I can’t vouch for that, but by all means avo

Seamless experience dropping off and picking up an area rug to be cleaned. Very fair price. Job well done. Would recommend.

The guy who cleaned my carpet today was very nice and polite. But I don't think he got my carpet cleaned. They look the exact same as when he started and they are barely wet to the touch when he was done. I was charged $230 for him to clean 4 bedrooms, 1 walk in closet, a hallway and 15 stairs. He was completely done in 30 minutes. There's just no way. It's a rip off.

I wanted to give a good review because this is a local company and I figured after Helene, local Companies would need the business, but I can’t. We dropped off the rug, and when we picked it up, brought it home and laid it out in our bedroom. It appeared that some of the same stains that were on it when we took it in were still there. I got some Resolve from the grocery store and sprayed a couple of the spots and they came right up. I started looking at the whole rug and it still looked dirty. I borrowed my daughter‘s Rainbow vacuum cleaner and vacuumed, and the picture shows just how dirty this rug is after a professional cleaning. I’m under a time crunch because of a new mattress getting delivered so we’re trying to clean it ourselves. We normally try to do these things ourselves but
