We have lived in our 30 year old home for 12 years. We never saw a mouse until last spring when we seemed to be invaded by mice in our basement and under the sink in our kitchen. We called Reliable Pest Control and they were here within 24 hours. Reliable spread mouse bait in all the strategic areas and we were mouse free within a week. In the fall, we noticed a lot of spiders on our outside wall and in the tracks of our sliding glass doors. I called Reliable again, and they were here the very next day to eradicate the pests. If anyone is in need of a pest control company, in my humble opinion, you need to look no further than Reliable Pest Control in Easton. Below I will share my experience. I should point out that I had the need to remove a huge hornet nest built between downspout and the house. I had previously disposed of a nest earlier, but it was smaller and in low hanging tree branch. I learned, first hand, you should hire a professional to handle a job of removing a nest with swarming hornets. Firstly, they were very easy to work with. I called them at 3PM yesterday, asked if they removed hornets nests. They said yes. I emailed a picture of the nest and I was told a technician would call me to discuss next steps. This morning at 8:15, the technician, David Cummings called. He quoted

Best Pest Control on the Eastern Shore! He was in direct contact with my husband, Brady and was prompt with his service. We haven't seen a single bug (alive at least) in our house since he sprayed. I couldn't recommend a better Pest Service.

I reached out to get quotes and see what exact kinds of products are used, etc. This company was highly recommended by my neighbors - but their lack of customer service turned me off. Hire a better receptionist!
