Reliable Septic Services

We were having issues with our tubs not draining and toilets not flushing. I called and they were out within hours and got it pumped out and everything is working again. Anthony the driver was professional and good at his job!

I really like this company. I have used another company in the past who would not take the time to find my issue. The customer service of Reliable Septic was fantastic! They sent guys out and found the issue right away and gave me options of what I could do to resolve the issue. I ended up putting a whole new system in. The guys did an amazing job getting it in & smoothing out my yard afterwards. Since I work nights they even worked around my schedule so I could still get sleep. I really like the fact I could joke with the guys and they were even happy to explain everything I needed to know about this system. I highly recommend this company for all your septic needs. Great local company. Had them out to pump out a septic tank. Courteous and great customer service! Very good rates too. Definitely recommend!

If it was possible to give 0 starts that’s what I would do. They did zero work! I called on weds afternoon and was told they could be out early afternoon the next day. I dug out around the Ceptic tank lid so it would be ready for them. At about 1:30 pm I received a call that they would not be out due to weather. I was standing under sunlit sky and could see clouds to the east. The lady said it’s raining so they won’t be out. I looked at the radar and a small shower was over Norman. And would be moved out by 2:15 and still not even a drop here. They obviously don’t need new business!

Wow! These guys are very nice, HONEST, and super professional! Answered questions I had and explained everything for me to understand. No problems was the verdict. Was told I had 3 to 4 years before I needed it pumped! I had expected to pay for pumping service but that was not the case. Thank you Dustin for being upfront, honest, and courteous! As long as I live here I will be using these guys! Very impressed! Highly recommend!
