Eric showed up on time. He was informed about the issue. He communicated the problem clearly to me. And he went about solving for it efficiently and effectively. After finishing his work, he tested the system to be certain that everything was fine.And then reassured me that if I had problems in the future, I could give you a call. The encounter was the definition of five out of five stars service.

Great experience with Reliance. They are always on time, informative and their techs are always professional. I had my air conditioning unit serviced today and the tech, Julian did an amazing job. He walked me through the process and gave me some helpful tips. I highly recommend them. I have used other companies before but haven’t received this level of service.

I requested a supervisor visit in conjunction with my annual summer service. I've been with Reliance for many years, and I trust the techs that have serviced my system. On 6/10/25 Technician David arrived for the normal service. Once we talked, he simply said I'll take care of everything, and he did. Prefect, no problem, easy does it, is how I would describe his attention to his craft. He's been to my house many times but yesterday he showed me a side that impressed enough that I actually called the Reliance Service department to relay my experience and delight. I called for a supervisor, and I did get a supervisor in response and action, and his name is David .
