Reliance Heating and Cooling

For my pool heater issue, I was promised a service visit two separate days. First one they postponed and the 2nd one they no-showed and didn’t call back when I reached out to them that day. The “Reliance” in their name should not be misconstrued as reliable.

After being left hanging by another company, I called Reliance, they showed up within a few hours, fixed my issue very quickly, and was very pleasant. Two weeks later, I had another issue that was linked to the first, they explained they'll send a tech out to us ASAP and would be covered under the previous service fees. I highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. My pool heater broke and they fit me in the next day. The technician arrived and diagnosed my problem very quickly. They covered the part under warranty and only charged me the labor. Could not be more pleased with my experience.

Called Reliance for a Boiler situation. Not only did Reliance fix the problem, They left the area spotless. Reliance tunes up the boiler annually with the correct components. They are a great look Very PROFESSIONAL!!!

Won't show up for scheduled service appointments. Will cancel appointments at the last minute and then fail to show up for an appointment they rescheduled without any explanation or communication. Also impossible to get someone on the phone on weekends despite their website listing work hours on the weekends. Total lack of respect or professionalism.
