Reliance Surfaces

Editing my previous review. This place has a great selection of countertops. High end product and good presentation. After being turned off by their reception process (they make you sign a very extensive liability disclaimer), Aman (one of the Director) made it up to us. Called us back and offered to make our experience better. We ended up getting an awesome tour by Walter, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. Went from 1 to 4 stars because they went the extra mile with customer service. Can’t wait to see the effective quality and value for money.

Raj is truly outstanding. From the moment we met him, it was clear how knowledgeable he is about every type of stone and surface. He walked us through the important details to consider, gave us an incredible education on what to look for, and made the whole process so much easier. His guidance was not only professional but also patient and clear, which gave us complete confidence in our decisions. Raj has been extremely helpful every step of the way, and it’s rare to find someone so dedicated and informed in this industry. We are beyond grateful for his support, five stars without hesitation!

They were wonderful!!! Katia and Sonia were personable, and very helpful! Their showroom is gorgeous, full of tons of beautiful slabs of all kinds of stones—they were one of the largest showrooms I went to. Although, I ended up purchasing a slab from another distributor, I wanted to leave them a review because of the wonderful experience I had. Attached, are some of the gorgeous slabs I was considering.

Reliance Surfaces had a wide variety of high-end granite and quartz to choose from. I received stellar customer service from Katia and Alana. The staff was knowledgeable,, helpful, and very pleasant to interact with. I was very pleased with my experience at Reliance Surfaces and would return to them for assistance with future home improvement projects.
