Luby and his team came during a terrible flood experienced in the torrential rains we experienced downtown Chicago. I called them at 7pm. They arrived on scene by 7:45 with equipment. That within itself is amazing, BUT they then were able to block off and redirect the flooding waters and begin drying and sanitizing. When all was said and done they prevented A LOT of damage. I sent my landlord the bill (we rent) and he asked me for Luby’s number because he charged half what his other property’s contractor billed. Contractors like Luby and his team are like unicorns, will always be my go to moving forward
