After 20+ years of use, my wife and I enclosed our 12’ x 20’ screen porch with sliding glass windows, insulation, upgraded electric, new outdoor carpeting, and refreshed interior and exterior finishes to create a modern 3-season living space. We were very pleased with the work that Remod Squad did to update the townhouse we purchased. From the first time we met Cody, we were sold. He is knowledgeable and never tried to talk us into higher end products. At first we were only going to renovate the kitchen but ended up having the entire first floor done including including a bathroom and powder room. After everything was completed, we basically have a new home! Everyone who worked on it was professional and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Remod Squad just finished converting our 240 SF three season porch to an enclosed sunroom with a mini split system so we can use the room year round. Cody was extremely knowledgeable and provided a quick and detailed quote. The cost of the remodel was comparable to the other 2 quotes but much more detailed and was received within a day. Cody and his crew did an awesome job renovating our bathroom, and adding accessibility features. We are extremely happy with the result. They were efficient, friendly, and competent.
