I’m honestly not sure why he believes this work is acceptable. Whenever I try to explain something regarding the project, instead of listening and understanding my concerns, he immediately starts talking about his own experience. I respect experience, but communication goes both ways. As a client, I expect my concerns and explanations to be heard and considered. Professional work is not only about experience it’s also about listening carefully and understanding the client’s needs. Without that, it becomes difficult to feel confident about the estimates being prepared or the quality of work delivered.
