Justin and Thomas installed our new Rinnai heater and it was absolutely great! They were courteous and professional the whole time. They answered our questions and offered sound advise and suggestions. They cleaned up all messes and we were glad to have them in our home. My initial purchase of a Daikon min-split was positive. I am very happy with this item. My first cleaning experience was somewhat disappointing. The service tech was very pleasant and seemed to do a very thorough job on the outside compressor unit, however, the inside head unit was a different story. I previously did research on-line to see what a $200+ cleaning involved. I actually inquired of the tech if it involved a deep-clean (involving disassembly of the head, using a chemical wash with a bucket and plastic funnel with a catch bucket and thorough clean of the flywheel. He nodded in agreement. After he had "finished" I asked how dirty the inside was and if the drain line was clear. He responded that the head was not too dirty at all, and that he did not suction the drain line as he
